Youth Art Studio @ Kunst.Schule.Rostock (age: 10 – 15 years)

In this new art class, we are experimenting, creating and developing ideas through art. We are exploring different cultures, artists and movements that captivate our imagination.

Sketching, painting and various artistic techniques are taught in this class.

This course will be given in English language by German art historian Angela Schneider.

“I would like to support young people to develop skills and enjoy the special atmosphere in one of the studios. We are looking at arts from different angles.

Being part of a small group of like-minded people has a positive impact on every participant. It helps to shape a more positive view of a multicultural society.”

The course “Youth Art Studio @ Kunst.Schule.Rostock” is meant to help developing skills in various ways by:

• Experimenting with different techniques, creative imagination and association
• We are using various materials, shapes and colours in our creative crafting process
• Stimulation through contemporary art and important artists that are presented  in collections of famous museums and galleries
